This cutting edge New and Exclusive process allows extremely low set up time On our die cutters even if it’s a new die. This cutting edge process far out ways the quality of scores and set up times of older systems such as hand placing Matrix or Phenolic Counters as our competition does. When you need the best in class folding cartons it starts with the die quality that’s why we manufacture our own under our roof. We have found that making our own dies reduces time to deliver to the end user and the quality of the cartons are significantly better as we have the resources to build/ change anything we need internally without having to rely on a 3^rd party vendor resulting in poor quality or lost production time which eliminates higher overall cost to clients.
